You are not useless.

You have an impact on other people's lives. People do care about you.

You are loved and appreciated, even if it may not feel that way at the moment. You are so much more than you will ever begin to realize. You brighten at least one person’s day with that beautiful smile. You are the sunshine in someone’s life.

People would be broken if you weren’t here.

You impact others lives all the time. For good or for bad you affect other people.

You may feel alone. You may feel like there is no escape for whatever you are going through right now, but know that you never have to face anything alone.
